strong software development skills with experience in
all stages
of the software development cycle including analysis, design, testing, configuration
management and maintenance of software solutions. experience in designing and implementing business
intelligence systems with Holos, SQL Server 7, Business Objects, Seagate Info, Crystal
Reports, Brio, Cognos, or other similar tools. skills in relational database design and
implementaion with a leading RDBMS (Oracle, SQL Server 6.5 and 7, Sybase), and
understanding of relational database theory: entity relationship modelling, normalisation
and star schemas. experience in multi-dimensional technology, OnLine Analytical Processing
(OLAP) and data warehousing. experience with the application of internet intranet
technologies and strong HTML, Active Server Pages, Java, VB Script skills. programming experience in one of the following
development languages and environments:MS Visual studio, Visual Basic, C++, InterDev 1 or
6. good working knowledge in at least one of the
following operating systems: Windows NT, Windows 95/98, VAX VMS, UNIX.
